We aim to respond within five business days. Corrections are prioritized and replied to first.
What we'd love to hear about
- Corrections. If we got a fact wrong, tell us. We update with a visible note at the top of the article and credit the reader who flagged it (with permission).
- Review suggestions. Devices we should test, use cases we haven't covered, or product categories underrepresented in our pillars.
- Methodology questions. How we score, what we weight, how we handle conflicts of interest. See methodology for the existing framework — gaps are welcome callouts.
- Caregiver perspective. If you have direct experience supporting an aging parent and our coverage misses something important, we want to know.
What we don't accept
- Sponsored content pitches, paid placements, or "review for product" arrangements.
- Press releases unrelated to senior home safety technology.
- Affiliate recruitment for unrelated verticals (crypto, gambling, generic supplements).
- Requests to remove negative product mentions absent a documented factual error.
For partnership inquiries from brands within our coverage scope: introduce yourself with a one-paragraph email. We respond to legitimate inquiries even when we ultimately decline.
What we can't help with
We're an editorial site, not a service desk. We cannot:
- Provide medical advice. For health decisions, please consult a licensed clinician.
- Handle product returns, warranty claims, or technical support — those go to the retailer or manufacturer.
- Recommend a specific product for an individual without knowing the full situation. Our reviews compare options against documented use cases; the right choice depends on your context.
